Sight: Brilliant, pale golden yellow with a green tint. Limpid.
Nose: Aromas of citrus fruits (hints of lemon and grapefruit), fruits from the area and elsewhere (redcurrant, bush-peach, passion fruit, lychee, melon), white flowers (acacia, lily, cheery-tree); as well as hazelnut and quince.
Palate: Mineral, fine and rather fresh and lively charactered, clear-cut and long in the mouth, with hints of fruit always present. Tender in attack, it develops the roundness and fat. Acidity appears gradually and harmoniously. Its mineral demonstrated by flinty notes and fruity aromas are its trademark.
General Information: Vinified in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks, our wines ferment at progressive temperatures (15°/20°) which allows them to fully develop their aromas. After a first racking, our wines are carefully filtered then bottled from early spring to late summer.
Food Match: It well pairs with grilled and roasted fish, white meat with cream or lemon sauce, goat cheese or simply as an aperitif.
