Grapes Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and a small quantity of red wine from Champagne.
Sight: Salmon pink hue
Nose: Delicate nose combining the elegance and freshness of Chardonnay with the red fruit and cherry flavours of Pinot Noir.
Palate: The mouth is ripe with blackcurrant flavours.
General Information: Selection from a large palette of different crus, using exclusively the initial juice of the grapes. Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. The blending incorporates a small quantity of red wine from Champagne. The wines are stabilised using cold temperature and lightly filtered, before being bottled and aged "on lattes" for approximately 3 years.
Food Match: Perfect with white meats and desserts containing little sugar, such as red fruit gratin, but also ideal as an aperitif.
