Nose: Ripe fruit, caramel.
Palate: Soft attack, good structure, aftertaste of liquorice, notes of toast at the end. Lirac is a Cru which associates elegancy and corpulence
General Information: Maceration for 3 weeks, combined with Pumping over. Temperature control for refrigeration if necessary. Aged in barrels for 12 months Food Match: Perfect with casseroles, game, red meat, rib of beef, shoulder of lamb, unpasteurised or hard cheese.
