Grapes: Sauvignon at 70% with Semillon at 20% and Muscadelle at 10%.
Sight: This wine is distinguished by the brilliance of its green reflections, slightly yellow tinge.
Nose: Intense fruity and flowery aromas.
Palate: Note the presence of yellow fruits such as peach and mango. A wine rich in the mouth and a finish with its fruity flavours.
General Information: After sorting and de-stalking, a maceration of approximately 24H is carried out to increase the structure of the wine and its aromas. The fermentation is kept down at a low temperature (starting at 14°C and ending at 19°C) keeping in the Sauvignon aromas. The maturing on lees give the wine a fleshy quality and reduces the fining agent dosage.
