Palate: The wine gives white flowers and white peach flavours. The mineral flavours come after taste.

Food Match It is delicious either on its own or with fish and seafood. We tasted the wines of Les Temps Perdus in January 2006 and we absolutely loved the wines. Clotilde Davenne is the owner and wine maker at the estate. Clotilde produced 17 vintages for the Brocard estate until she decided to make her own wines. The wines are pure no oak is used, they are very impressive and we are proud to list these wonderful wines. The Sauvignon St Bris Vieilles Vignes is produced from one hundred year old vines, a small production of this high quality wine.
