Tasting Notes: Garnet with a dark core and a brick-red rim. Black fruits, marmite, spice on the nose. Sumptuous body with layers of dark fruit, coffee, olive & more spice. Long finish.
Food Matches: Aged beef, mushrooms and truffles and green beans with garlic.
