Nose: Powerful nose, fruity and floral (peony, iris). Minerality with aeration. Palate Soft tannins and a lingering aftertaste important that give this wine a good ability to age. Long finish, with a feeling of mineral freshness.
General Information: Planted by the Romans, the vineyards of the Côte de Brouilly is the oldest of Beaujolais. On the hill, the dark rocks retain the heat of the sun for the day and return at night, so that sudden temperature changes are dampened. The famous blue stone Brouilly, of volcanic origin, gives the raw key features.
