In the end, the mineral perception and the tension of Baga and a firmness for the 12 months aging in an amphora of “Cocciopesto”.
Winemaking:
Herdade Aldeia de Cima Myndru is a red wine produced with red grapes from the Tinta Grossa, Baga and Alfrocheiro varieties planted in the wine region of Alentejo. The grapes were vinified in clay amphorae separately and fermented at a controlled temperature. The batches aged in amphorae for 12 months, before being mixed and bottled.
