Grape: Madeleine Angevine
Intended as an easy drinking, light and refreshing English white wine. Incredibly light and delicate in body with good acidity and ripe flavours. Perfect as an aperitif or with locally caught seafood. The aromas are a wonderful balance of fruit and floral with the typical Elderflower aroma still present but jostling amongst all the others. The palate is bone dry, fruity and well balanced with a long tangy gooseberry filled finish.
