Straw, pale green-gold in appearance
Attractively honeyed aromas, light note of apple skin. Gentle, subtle underlying green fruit aromas but lovely, rich gooseberry fruit to the fore. Fresh mid-palate with warmth and depth, and good fresh fruit on the finish. Palate is rich and supple, vivid with lemon curd, pineapple, and mango, with undercurrent of freshness running through.
Try with all kinds of fish and seafood, such as scallops and oysters.
Suitable for vegetarians but not for vegans.
