General Information: A single vineyard CRU, from S. Francesco vineyard, from 50 years old vines. Winemaking method: fermentation on the skins (2 weeks). Ageing process: in vitrified cement. Ageing on yeasts: 12 months. An additional 6 months in bottles before being released into the market.
