Grape: Pinot Noir
Due to an exceptional weather we have been able to make another red Pinot Noir. A light bodied fruity red with cherry, strawberry and spice on the nose. Partially fermented and aged in oak for over 10 months. The palate is light and full of juicy red fruits. Perfect on its own or with a wide range of foods. Serve 16 degrees or slightly chilled depending on preference. Bottled unfiltered and unfined.
