At Sommelier’s Choice, we take great care to ensure your wines arrive safely, efficiently, and in excellent condition.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver throughout England, Wales, and Scotland.
Delivery Timeframes
-Delivery is typically completed within 5 working days of order confirmation
-Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays
Should your order require additional time, we will contact you with an updated estimated delivery timeframe.
Delivery Charges
Complimentary Delivery (12+ bottles)
Standard Delivery (6-11 bottles - £7.95)
Classic Delivery (1-5 bottles - £12.95)
Northern Ireland & International Deliveries
For deliveries to Northern Ireland or international destinations, please contact our team for a tailored quotation:
Order Processing & Dispatch
-Orders are processed during normal business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
-Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next working day
During particularly busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended. Should this occur, we will keep you informed throughout the process.
Delivery Requirements
-All deliveries require a signature upon receipt
-We kindly ask that someone is available to accept delivery
Where appropriate, our logistics partner may leave the order in a designated safe place in accordance with your delivery instructions. Responsibility for the goods passes to you upon delivery, including where goods are left in a nominated safe place.
If delivery cannot be completed, the order may be returned to us and additional charges may apply for redelivery or return.
Damages & Discrepancies
Upon delivery, we kindly ask that you check your order carefully.
-Any damages or discrepancies should be noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD) at the time of receipt
-If this is not possible, please notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery at:
orders@sommelierschoice.co.uk.
We may be unable to resolve claims reported outside this timeframe.
