The palate is soft, with more baked apple coating the roof of the mouth, before finishing in perfect harmony with the barrel influence. You must try this Calvados at least once before you die. Aged in oak barrels which are never more than 75% full. This increases the rate of oxidation and naturally reduces the spirit's strength; concentrating flavours.
