Blended from 50% Pinot Meunier from the Marne Valley and 50% Chardonnay from the Massif de Saint Thierry. After 5 months of aging in oak barrels it remains in the cellars for 6 years. Guarantor of the three beautiful roses, it has typical aromas, marked by the barrel and in the image of the masculine soul.
Enjoy this champagne accompanied by foie gras or simply after coffee, while smoking a cigar.
