Aging Fermentation and aging in new French oak barrels, along with their lees, for 4 months. Intense, clean, fragrant and sweet in aroma, with notes of ripe fruit. The barrel in its right measure, without covering its fruit character. In the mouth a feeling of volume, unctuous; the fruit gives way to the varietal with slight bitter touches that increase its length and persistence.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Biodynamic.
