The Garrafeira Branco 2019 from Herdade Aldeia de Cima is the mirror of the unique richness of the  terroir  of Serra do Mendro. The selection of the best grapes is crucial and, after a  slow decanting at low temperatures in stainless steel, the base of Antão Vaz (70%), together with Arinto  (25%) and Alvarinho (5%), the  blend  begins its fermentation. in  sur lie  at Balseiro n.º 7 in  new French oak wood from the Radoux cooperage.
