Vineyards and winemaking
Made from 90% Glera and 10% Pinot Nero grown in the Treviso hills, this Prosecco DOC Rosé combines the freshness and floral character of Glera with delicate red-fruit notes from Pinot Nero. The vineyards are planted on clay-limestone soils in a warm climate moderated by cooler influences.
The grapes are gently pressed and vinified in white and rosé before secondary fermentation in stainless-steel pressure tanks using the Charmat method. Around 10g/L of residual sugar gives a balanced Brut style, retaining freshness, fruit purity and a fine, lively mousse.
