100 % Sauvignon Blanc
SIGHT: Yellow color, bright and clean.
NOSE: Intense and endless fruity aromas, where exotic fruits (passion fruit, papaya) blend with peach dashes and grapefruit memories. We also encounter some flower dashes (rose, jasmine)and some vegetable touches that remind of hay and wild asparagus.
TASTE: Elegant and well structured with a very good acidity that makes it fresh. Then the fruit becomes the main character, with some vegetable memory, resulting in an expressive, tasty wine with an invitingly sweet taste. It has an aromatic finishing touch that leaves very pleasant sensations.
