General Information: A stylish white Burgundy from one of the Pouilly satellites that lie southwest of Macon itself. Has a ripe green apple note on the nose, baked apple flavours and a hint of spice. This is the best value / quality combination white Burgundy, it's a lovely wine.
Food Match: Ideal with fish, Chicken and terrines.
