Sight: Pale yellow colour with silvery hints
Nose: Its aromatic structure evokes warm sand and flowering bushes such as rose hip. Exotic blend of citrus and hawthorn on the nose.
Palate: The attack is soft leading to minerality and fullness, flavour of yellow fruit.
General Information: To be drunk within 1 to 3 years.
Food Match: Will be ideal with seafood and particularly good young goats’ cheese lightly sprinkled with sea salt.
