Nose: Starts to get a nice complexity, honey and a slight citrus note.
Palate: Round and delicate, mineral and almond aromas with a slight citrus finish, which gives freshness and finesse to the wine. Very good length, ready to drink now.
General Information: The grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press, then we let juice for 12 hours at an 18 ° C temperature to facilitate the natural sedimentation. The alcoholic fermentation is essentially made in stainless tanks and a part in oak barrels. The malolactic fermentation is naturally realized, to 100 %. The wine is aged in oak casks for 9 month. After filtration, we bottled in the Domain with a modern equipment. Bottles are then stored one months before being marketed. New addition the wines from this young burgundy producer are all brilliantly produced. We love the depth and smoothness of the Pouilly Fuissé.
