Nose: Starts to get a nice complexity, honey and a slight citrus note.
Palate: Round and delicate, mineral and almond aromas, with finesse to the wine. Very good length, ready to drink now.
General Information: The grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press, then we let juice for 12 hours at an 18 ° C temperature to facilitate the natural sedimentation. The alcoholic fermentation is essentially made in stainless tanks and a part in oak barrels. The malolactic fermentation is naturally realized, to 100 %. The wine is aged in oak casks for 9 month. After filtration, we bottled in the Domain with a modern equipment. Bottles are then stored one months before being marketed.
