Inspired by the grape seed, from which it is possible to obtain fundamental compounds of a wine with proteins, condensed tannins and aromatic extracts, the Grainha Reserva duo is born, which year after year maintains the profile of a deeper and more gastronomic Douro, with maturation in wood. , complex in the nose, well structured in the mouth and which reveal a very special precision.

Quinta Nova Grainha Reserva is a floral white wine from the Douro region, featuring a lot of minerality, a great acidity and an unctuous structure.
Winemaking:
Quinta Nova Grainha Reserva is a white wine produced in the Douro region with white grapes such as Gouveio, Viosinho, Rabigato and Fernão Pires. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at a controlled temperature, and 80% of the batch stayed for 6 months in contact of fine lees, with a regular stirring in oak barrels, before decantation, filtration, and bottling.
A curiosity: the label repeats the name in several languages, demonstrating its universality and the essence of life.
