Vinification: Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo Grainha Reserva is a red wine produced from indigenous grapes from the Douro Valley, such as Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Barroca and Tinto Cão.It ages for 15 months in French oak barrels before being bottled.
