Winemaking
This Pinot Noir is made from hand-harvested grapes, ensuring only the highest quality fruit is selected. The grapes undergo a gentle destemming process before being fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the varietal’s delicate aromas and flavours. The wine is aged briefly in stainless steel to retain its freshness and purity, resulting in a fruit-forward style with minimal oak influence.
