Vineyards

Casa Santiago Sauvignon Blanc 2021 is produced from vineyards located in Chile’s Central Valley, an area renowned for its Mediterranean climate and ideal grape-growing conditions. The vines are planted at altitudes between 200 and 400 metres above sea level, benefiting from warm days and cool nights that help preserve the natural acidity and aromatic intensity of the grapes. The well-drained, sandy-clay soils contribute to the fresh and crisp character of the wine.

Winemaking

Hand-harvested grapes are carefully selected and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the bright, fresh fruit flavours and varietal characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc. The wine is kept on fine lees for a short period to enhance its texture and complexity without compromising its vibrant style.
