Louis Barthélémy is a small family-owned Champagne House that was established in 1925. The assemblage for their beautifully packaged non-vintage 'Brut Améthyste' is 30% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier. "Brilliantly clear Champagne with hints of gold. It is fresh yet rich and warm on the palate while providing a fine and persistent mousse. The flavours are warm and round with red fruit and a touch of Brioche, finishing on a note of citrus peel.
