Vineyards
Il Follo’s vineyards are located in the prestigious Valdobbiadene DOCG, within the Veneto region, at the foothill of the renowned Cartizze. Owned by the Follador family since 1960, the estate spans 10 hectares of prime slopes where the family’s traditional yet rigorous viticulture practices support fine grape quality and the delicate aromas typical of this UNESCO World Heritage area. The family also collaborates with local partner growers to source grapes, ensuring consistency in fruit quality from this exceptional terroir.
Winemaking
Crafted exclusively from 100% Glera grapes, the wine is vinified following the Charmat method in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This method retains the grape's natural fruit characteristics and freshness, resulting in a light-bodied Prosecco with delicate, fine perlage. A touch of residual sugar enhances its smoothness, making it approachable and versatile.
Appearance
Pale yellow with subtle emerald highlights, indicating freshness and clarity.
Nose
On the nose, delicate aromas of pear, apple, wildflowers, and citrus mingle, bringing a refreshing and inviting bouquet.
Palate

Background story
Established in 1960 in the village of Il Follo, the winery has been run by the second-generation Vittorio Follador and his children. The Follador family name, derived from the local term "follare l'uva" (to press grapes), reflects their deep-rooted heritage in winemaking.
