Aged for between 15 and 18 years, this is a wonderfully aromatic Calvados from Adrien Camut. Nose: a fine, oaky spice and a touch of vanilla and balsam. In the palate there is an abundance of fresh apple and a touch of butterscotch. The finish is crisp with a little kick from the spirit.
