Vineyards
This Chardonnay and Viura blend is sourced from organically managed vineyards in La Mancha, set at an elevation of 700 metres. The vineyards benefit from La Mancha’s continental climate, marked by hot, dry summers and cold winters, ideal for balancing the crisp acidity of Viura with the richness of Chardonnay.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to capture fresh, vibrant fruit flavours. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to preserve aromatic intensity and the varietal character of each grape, resulting in a well-rounded, expressive white blend.
