Vineyards
Diez Siglos sources high-quality Verdejo grapes from old bush vines located on the gravelly soils of Rueda. The region’s cool nights and warm days help develop vibrant acidity and aromatic intensity in the Verdejo, a signature of the area.
Winemaking
Hand-harvested grapes are picked at night to preserve freshness. The wine is fermented for 22 days at 14°C in stainless steel, followed by 4 months of aging on fine lees, which enhances texture and complexity.
Appearance
Pale yellow with green reflections, indicating freshness.
Nose
Intense aromas of stone fruits, tangerine oil, and citrus, complemented by herbal notes of grass and fennel.
Palate
The wine is rounded and complex, featuring flavours of peach, apricot, and green herbs. A bright, crisp acidity balances the texture, leading to a pure, long finish.
Food pairing
Perfect with Mediterranean dishes, seafood, and grilled vegetables, complementing its fresh and zesty character.
