100% Pinot Noir
It pours as a strawberry light, feminine Burgundy. Initially tangy, fading over time. On the palate there is a surprise. It is deeper and stronger (not in terms of alcohol- 12.5%) and it has a surprisingly long and satisfying tannic finish. Decanting is beneficial.
