Vineyards
This white blend, created from Madeleine Angevine, Bacchus, Reichensteiner, and Seyval Blanc, comes from Knightor’s Cornish vineyards, which are shaped by the cool, maritime climate of St Austell Bay. The vineyards’ unique coastal terroir enhances the wine’s lightness and crisp acidity.
Winemaking
Grapes for Carpe Diem White are hand-harvested, with most fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness, while a small portion is barrel-fermented to add depth and roundness.
