Vineyards
Produced from organically certified vineyards that have been family-owned since 1624. Planted primarily with the traditional Cava varietals Xarel·lo, Macabeu, and Parellada, these 30 hectares span over 25 micro-plots, each contributing unique qualities to the blend. The Mediterranean climate and sustainable farming practices promote natural biodiversity and a true expression of the terroir.
Winemaking
Following a meticulous hand-harvest, the grapes are transferred through gravity-fed systems to an underground cement tank cellar, where temperature stability is naturally maintained. The secondary fermentation occurs in the bottle, adhering to the traditional method, with no added sugars, resulting in a Brut Nature style. Aged on lees, this 2017 Cava achieves depth, structure, and complexity, while maintaining a crisp, dry finish characteristic of the Brut Nature category.
