Vineyards
Crafted from Monastrell and Garnacha grapes, Cava Brut Nature Rosat originates from Cellers de Can Suriol’s 30 hectares of certified organic vineyards in Penedès, divided into over 25 micro-plots. Each micro-plot contributes unique characteristics to the wine, shaped by the Mediterranean climate and clay-limestone soils. Managed under biodynamic and sustainable practices, these micro-plots embody the Suriol family’s commitment to environmental stewardship and biodiversity.
Winemaking
Produced using the traditional method, this Brut Nature Rosat undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and is aged on its lees for extended complexity. With zero dosage, the Rosat maintains a naturally dry profile. The gravity-fed cellar and underground cement tanks offer natural temperature control, preserving the vibrant fruit characteristics of Monastrell and Garnacha while developing fine, soft bubbles through long aging.
Appearance
A vivid rosé hue with delicate, fine bubbles that reflect the wine’s elegance.
Nose
Aromas of fresh red berries, such as strawberry and raspberry, combine with hints of floral and citrus notes, underpinned by a subtle minerality.
Palate
On the palate, this Rosat is crisp and refreshing, offering flavours of red cherry, wild strawberry, and a touch of citrus zest. Its bright acidity and fine bubbles balance the wine, leading to a clean, dry finish.
Food pairing
Perfect with a variety of dishes, including grilled seafood, charcuterie, and fresh salads. Its versatility makes it an excellent choice for both light meals and tapas.
