Winemaking
The 2002 vintage of Black Poplar Block Pinot Noir was crafted with meticulous care, undergoing traditional vinification methods. This vintage was aged in French oak, balancing the fruit-forward character with subtle oak integration, which enhances the wine’s structure and aging potential.
