Production process
Hepple Gin is crafted using an innovative three-stage distillation process that enhances the depth and purity of its botanical flavours. The process begins with traditional copper pot distillation, followed by vacuum distillation to preserve the delicate aromatics of fresh botanicals. Finally, supercritical CO2 extraction is employed to capture the purest essence of key ingredients, including juniper from the wilds of Northumberland, Douglas fir, blackcurrant leaves, and Amalfi lemon.
