Origin and production
Tosolini Limoncello is made from the peels of green winter lemons and fully ripened yellow summer lemons, selected for their fragrance and essential oils. The peel is infused and distilled in grape spirit, drawing out vivid citrus character without relying on artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Sugar is added with restraint to soften the natural pithy bitterness while leaving the lemon's freshness intact. Bottled at 28% ABV, the result has both the creamy generosity expected of limoncello and a distinctly clean, zesty profile.

Appearance
Naturally hazy lemon yellow, with pale green-gold glints.
Nose
Freshly grated lemon zest leads, followed by lime leaf, candied peel and a light suggestion of orange blossom.
Palate
Bright and mouth-filling, balancing lemon-sherbet sweetness with the brisk bite of citrus oil and peel. A soft, creamy texture gives way to a long finish of lemon zest, lime and pleasantly bitter pith.
Serving suggestions
Serve directly from the freezer in a small chilled glass, or add a measure to sparkling wine and soda for a vivid citrus spritz. It is also an excellent match for lemon posset, vanilla panna cotta, fruit tart or a slice of panettone.

Founded in Friuli in 1943, Bepi Tosolini built its reputation on treating grappa and traditional Italian liqueurs with unusual precision. The family's approach combines carefully sourced ingredients with hands-on distillation and patient infusion.
This limoncello expresses that philosophy through the use of lemon peel at different stages of ripeness: green fruit contributes lift and aromatic intensity, while mature yellow lemons bring roundness and depth. Together they create a more layered interpretation of the classic Italian digestivo.
