Winemaking

This unique still wine is made entirely from 100% Pinot Meunier. After hand-harvesting, the grapes are gently whole-bunch pressed to extract pure juice. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the fresh fruit character. The wine is kept on fine lees for four months to add texture and complexity while maintaining its bright, fruit-driven profile. No oak is used in the vinification process, ensuring a clean and precise expression of the varietal.
