Vineyards
Hunting Hill’s elevated position and clay-rich soils contribute to the vineyard’s reputation for producing exceptional Chardonnays with purity and focus. The 2021 vintage was characterised by a mild growing season, resulting in wines with remarkable balance and finesse.
Winemaking
The grapes were hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed to retain their pristine fruit character. Fermentation in French oak barrels with wild yeasts was followed by 11 months of lees ageing, adding complexity and texture.

Nose
Elegant and layered, with aromas of citrus, white flowers, and wet stone, complemented by nuances of toasted almond and vanilla.
Palate
The palate is vibrant and mineral-driven, featuring flavours of grapefruit, pear, and a touch of brioche. The crisp acidity and flinty finish underline the wine’s sophistication and age-worthiness.
